6. A clear induction process

This subproject aims to clarify, improve and highlight the induction process for new employees at Lund University. Good support is to be produced for the managers and recruiting staff in charge of induction of new employees. Extra attention will also be paid to the reception of international staff who often need particular support on issues of relocation, residence permit, etc.

The aim is to increase security for new employees, as well as managers and HR staff, through quality-controlled material and common processes.

Delivery targets for the subproject: 

  1. To develop an induction process for newly employed international staff.

  2. To produce checklists for the induction of newly employed staff. 

  3. To produce a welcome package for newly employed international staff.
